30-day return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return any unused item for a full refund. The clock starts the day the parcel is signed for or, if it was left in a safe place, the date Royal Mail records the delivery.
Eligibility
What can be returned
- Unused mirror glass, complete mirror units, indicators, covers and backing plates still in their original packaging
- Items where the protective film on the glass has not been peeled and the adhesive backing strip has not been removed
- Heated glass that has not yet been wired into the vehicle's loom
- Anything that arrived faulty, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered — eligible at any time within the 2-year warranty
How to start a return
- Email info@omq-wingmirrorparts.co.uk with your order number and the part you'd like to send back.
- Within one working hour you'll receive a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label by email.
- Drop the parcel at any postbox, Post Office or Royal Mail collection point.
- Refund issued within 14 days of us receiving the parcel.
