About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on omq-wingmirrorparts.co.uk. By placing an order you accept these terms in full. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
Placing an order
An order becomes a contract when we send the dispatch confirmation email. Until then we can decline an order — for example if the part is mispriced, out of stock, or we cannot verify your delivery address.
Prices, VAT and payment
All prices shown on the site are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate. A full VAT invoice is emailed with every dispatch confirmation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro through Stripe, plus PayPal.
Right to cancel
You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel any order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days as a goodwill window — see Returns.
Faulty goods
If a part is faulty, please email a photo of the fault within 7 days of delivery. We'll dispatch a replacement or refund in full, plus a free return label for the faulty item.
